We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases on DroneSpree.com. We will do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you ordered and delivered on time. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we'll be glad to accept returns within 30 days under the following guidelines.
1. Items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase with the packing slip (or a copy of the packing slip).
2. Make sure to contact us before returning an order to get an RMA. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
3. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Any open box item will be assessed a 15% restocking/repackaging fee. Please make sure all of the instructions and/or manuals are included. Per our policy, we will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, broken blades, etc.
4. If you request a refund, the original purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be refunded to you via the original form of payment, once we have received the returned item and have confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
5. DroneSpree.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.
